2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Bluestack services for personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, or distribute our software, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of our services.
3. Service Description
Bluestack provides dedicated iMessage lines for business communications. We manage the hardware infrastructure and provide APIs, webhooks, and dashboard access for your team. Each line is dedicated to your business and is never pooled with other customers.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable messaging laws and regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Bluestack and Just Right Place, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
